We had a blast on our first time at this fun neighborhood bar. We met some vintage country music kindred spirits and a bunch of friends came out as well. Marc Brookshire and I will be playing as a duo for this show. This is a Sunday afternoon show- we’ll play from 4-7.
Kackalax is one of those old school roadhouses that has been a gathering place for decades. It’s at 5509 Appomatox Rd, Pleasant Garden, NC. That’s south of Greensboro and east of High Point/Jamestown.
