I am excited to be invited to play the rockabilly resurrection in Kannapolis this year. I’m in good company with the likes of Jem Crossland and the Hypertonics, The Tremors, slippery Jake and the Bad Brakes, and the Throttle Kings. Rockabilly Resurrection 2016 includes a vintage car show, retro vendors, a classy pinup contest, and some swing dance lessons; along with great food and cold beer from McCabes Smokehouse. It’s free to attend, and they will be taking up donations for the Faithful friends Animal Sanctuary in Salisbury. Schedule details are still being worked out, but the whole thing runs from noon to 10pm. I hope you will put it on your calendar. I will update this post when the band schedule is ready. It’s sure to be a great time!
